Chinese New Year Celebrations

hi blog, today my school celebrated chinese new year with a concert. the programme consisted of lion dance, mongolian dance, wushu, chinese orchestra and 5 students representing Lee Fei Hui's school of vocal singing training. before the concert, the monitors had to present oranges to the form teachers. i teased Ms James by asking her for an ang pow(she's not married by the way so u get what i mean). the lion dance was literally deafening cos the sound of the drums and the clashing cymbals could burst my thin eardrums. the only programme i didn't really like was the segment whereby the students of Lee Fei Hui sang chinese new year songs. i felt that the way they sang had no special taste to it and the whole group was messy cos they weren't organised and uniformed when they sang. i feel that Khim can sing loads better than these 5 people. actually she is outstanding compared to them cos she has more skills and experience.i think they just graduated from advanced class or something like that lar n their skills are not that sharpened yet according to my friend unlike Khim who is currently a student instructor at MS teaching little kids how to sing correctly. u can teach after learning at the school for 3 years. i went to MS today to hang out cos there is no lesson this friday because of chinese new year. i just went there to help Tommy and Joyce out with the distribution of promotional flyers but ended up learning how to play a new card game Tommy n Joyce started playing when they felt bored and wanted to slack cos they were open for only half a day from 11.30 to 3pm. (Tommy won $10 from the game.Joyce lost)Joyce say she want to go cut her hair n dye it dark red. dunno the red look like what cos Joyce describe until very messy. as long as it is red then i'm right lor. she got flu, cough n fever last night but still go work. she so hardworking. i dun think i can stand working when i'm sick. Sophia 1 also went there because i nag at her to go.actually she don't want to go lar, is i PERSUADE her to go one. by the time she go there i also have to go back home. should not call her out in the first place. sorry hor sophia 1. she keep saying she want Khim to be her shifu. tell her she is our shijie liao she still scared to ask Khim to teach her. haiz, dunno when she will be as brave as me. so easy to talk to people mah. jus open the mouth den talk.so easy. even one 5 year old kid can do better. eh,sophia 1, if u are seeing this dun get angry cos i'm just jokin!!!!!!!!
